Appco Group Ireland follows the Appco Groups marketing System which comprises of a 3‐layered system of independently owned and operated businesses.
Level One
Appco Group Ireland, is contracted to the client and is responsible for ongoing liaison with the national branches and with the head offices of national clients. The Appco Group’s head office staff is responsible for ensuring the strategic delivery of the Face-to-Face marketing program;
Level Two ‐ Independently Owned Marketing Companies
The Appco Group engages independently owned Marketing Companies in separate regional centres. These companies are responsible for the coordination of the operational and logistical aspects of the Face-to-Face campaign in their allocated geographical areas. Each of these Marketing Companies is owned and operated by an individual who was previously a successful independent contractor (Field Representative) within the Appco Group system; and
Level Three ‐ Independent Contractors
The Marketing Companies engage independently contracted Field Representatives (FRs) who undertake the Face-to-Face selling activities on a daily basis. The Appco Group continually adjusts and refines the rewards systems for the Marketing Companies (MCs) and the FRs in order to ensure that there are significant incentives for motivated individuals to succeed, and to progress, within the structure.

Our contracted marketing company network provides genuine opportunities for successful Field Representatives to own their own marketing company, and then to support a region and, ultimately, a country. Each of these individuals is encouraged to develop their own unique company name and logo, in order to encapsulate their own personality and individual approach.
